[11-24-2022] Sacramento County, CA – Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident near Sacramento Airport

Authorities said a male pedestrian was killed after walking out in front of a vehicle near the Sacramento International Airport on Thursday night, November 24, 2022.

According to officers from the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian crash occurred on Bayou Way at Metro Air Parkway.

The reports revealed that the man was wearing little clothing when he walked in front of a Nissan Sedan. It was also noted that the location was dark and isolated.

Responders declared the man dead at the scene. No details were released on his identification. The pedestrian’s toxicological report is also being prepared.

According to authorities, the motorist was not intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, and they cooperated in the investigation.
