[11-25-2022] San Bernardino County, CA - Traffic Collision on Highway 138 Leaves One Dead Another Severely InjuredOne person was killed and a child severely hurt after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 138 Friday morning, November 25, 2022.

Reports state that the fatal crash occurred around 11:06 a.m. between Cajon Boulevard and Lone Pine Canyon Road.

Responders arrived at the scene and discovered a white Toyota Sequoia SUV with severe front-end damage and a gold 2000 Nissan Altima with extensive damage.

One person inside the gold sedan died and succumbed to their injuries.

Meanwhile, the severely injured child was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

Officials confirmed that there were several kids in the white SUV and at least one kid in the gold sedan.

The driver of the Sequoia was later taken by ground ambulance as a precaution.

Authorities are looking into what caused the collision.
