A 38-year-old man identified as Conrad James S. was killed following a deadly head-on collision at Elk Hills Road on Monday morning, November 29, 2021.

A pickup truck was heading westbound on the highway when it drifted into the eastbound lanes for unclear reasons. It then collided head-on into an oncoming dump truck.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the dump truck driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.
