An unidentified woman was killed following a deadly traffic crash in Cajon Pass on Monday afternoon, November 29, 2021.

[11-29-2021] San Bernardino County, CA - One Person Killed After a Major Car Crash in Cajon Pass near Keenbrook RoadThe traffic crash happened in the area of Cajon Boulevard near Keenbrook Road at around 2:50 p.m.

A northbound blue Chrysler 200 was traveling on Cajon Boulevard when it veered across the double yellow lines in an attempt to overtake the vehicles in front.

The Chrysler then collided head-on with an oncoming Ford Escape after overtaking other vehicles. Due to the severity of the impact, the Ford was pushed off the side of the roadway and into a ditch.

The Ford driver was trapped in the wreckage and was extricated by emergency personnel. Unfortunately, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

The case is currently under further investigation. Witnesses that can give more information about the accident are urged to call 909-383-4247.
