[12-01-2022] DUI Crash in Groveland Injures 58-Year-Old PassengerA 58-year-old passenger was injured following a DUI crash in Groveland on Thursday, December 1, 2022.

Authorities reported that the crash occurred in the afternoon on Priest Coulterville Road, south of Highway 120.

Reports state that 53-year-old Randi F. was driving a GMC SUV northbound at around 30 miles per hour when she allowed her vehicle to travel off the right shoulder.

Eventually, the SUV collided with a dirt embankment and flipped.

Although the driver was unharmed, her passenger, 58-year-old Kevin R. of Groveland, was treated on the scene for minor injuries.

Officers discovered the 53-year-old driver was showing signs of intoxication when questioned.

A felony DUI charge was filed against her after she was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
