One unidentified person was killed after a deadly car crash near Highway 152 on Friday night, December 10, 2021.

[12-10-2021] Madera County, CA - One Person Killed After a Fatal Car Crash near Highway 152According to the initial reports from the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 6:00 p.m. on Highway 99 near Highway 152.

A man driving a minivan pulled over to the side of the road to inspect the back of his car. After a while, a northbound pickup truck swerved onto the shoulder and struck both the man and the minivan.

Unfortunately, the driver of the minivan sustained fatal injuries in the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries. Information about the crash is limited at the moment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

Local authorities are further investigating the case. They will attempt to determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
