Hit-and-Run Accident Lawyers for Victims in Sonoma County

It is a crime to flee the scene of an accident when there has been bodily harm or property damage. Despite this, it is typical for a driver to flee the scene of an accident, particularly if they lack adequate insurance coverage or are at fault. This should not prevent you from pursuing fair compensation or justice.

You would have the right to compensation if you were wounded in a hit-and-run car accident. You could file a claim and be awarded monetary payment if your claim is successful.

If the fleeing driver is not apprehended, you still have legal possibilities for reimbursement, such as your own uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) auto policy. Because hit-and-run claims with your insurance can become confusing, hiring an experienced attorney to handle the uninsured (UM/UIM) driver claim can be critical.
