According to reports, a fight broke out between the victim and the driver before the collision happened.

The driver jumped into the passenger seat of a white BMW and tried to flee.

While the driver reversed, the car dragged the victim across the parking lot and ran him over again.

The victim was taken to a hospital immediately after sustaining severe injuries.

Meanwhile, the 19-year-old suspect was charged with attempted murder after driving his BMW over the victim, dragging him, then moving away.
