Culver City, California (December 14, 2021) – The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Bureau has identified the man who died early Monday morning in a multi-vehicle collision on a freeway in Culver City as Martin Gray, 35.

A 35-year-old man identified as Martin G. was killed after a fatal multi-vehicle collision in Culver City on early Monday morning, December 13, 2021.

The accident transpired at approximately 2:50 a.m. on the Jefferson Boulevard on-ramp to the southbound 405 Freeway.

A big rig and two sedans collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances surrounding the fatal crash have not been established.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. It’s unclear whether other people were injured in the mishap.

The California Highway Patrol is further investigating the cause of the accident. They will attempt to determine the factors and the liability in the crash.
