[12-19-2021] Santa Clara County, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash in San Jose Results in One Death

One unidentified person was killed after a deadly multi-vehicle crash in San Jose on early Sunday morning, December 19, 2021.

The collision occurred on the northbound side of Highway 101, just north of Trimble Road near State Route 87, at around 1:31 a.m.

Five vehicles collided in the northbound lanes for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

One person was killed following the accident. No other injuries were reported. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

No arrests were made at the moment. Local authorities are further investigating the cause of the accident.
