[12-20-2021] Los Angeles County, CA – Two People Injured After a Fiery Multi-Vehicle Crash in Whittier

Two unidentified people were hurt after a fiery traffic collision involving multiple vehicles in Whittier on Monday morning, December 20, 2021.

The multi-vehicle collision happened on the 605 Freeway near Washington Boulevard in Whittier at around 5:20 a.m.

For unclear reasons, a southbound vehicle crossed over the center median and entered the northbound lanes. It then struck several cars in the northbound lanes, including a motorcycle and three other cars.

Two people were injured following the mishap. The two injured parties were immediately taken to an area hospital for treatment.
