[12-24-2021] Contra Costa County, CA – One Person Killed After a Deadly Auto Crash in Lafayette

A 56-year-old woman identified as Daneen A. was killed after a deadly traffic crash in Lafayette on Friday morning, December 24, 2021.

The accident transpired at approximately 10:47 a.m. in the area of St. Marys Road and Glenside Drive in Lafayette.

The 56-year-old woman was driving along the road when she suddenly collided with another vehicle for unclear reasons.

The 56-year-old woman sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries two days later and was pronounced dead.
