[12-24-2022] Three Injured After Pursuit Caused Ambulance Collision in OceansideThree people were injured after a fleeing suspect crashed into an ambulance in Oceanside on Saturday night, December 24, 2022.

The crash reportedly transpired around 8:00 p.m. near College Boulevard and Vista Way.

Authorities responded to a call reporting an altercation in Vista when the suspect fled and eventually smashed into an ambulance.

As a result, the suspect and two paramedics were taken to a hospital for minor injuries.

From around 10-1 a.m., police officers advised traffic to avoid the areas of southbound College Boulevard from Waring Road to Vista Way and westbound Vista Way at College Boulevard.
Investigations into the collision are underway.
