[12-26-2021] San Diego County, CA – Fatal Car Accident in Otay Mesa Results in Two Deaths

Two people were killed following a deadly car accident in Otay Mesa on Sunday night, December 26, 2021.

The fatal collision transpired at approximately 10:00 p.m. in the area of Olympic Parkway, just west of Otay Lakes.

A speeding vehicle was traveling near the Chula Vista Elite Training Center when it crashed into another car. One of the vehicles caught fire following the collision.

Unfortunately, two people were killed in the crash. The two deceased victims were inside the burning vehicle.

Information about the accident is limited at the moment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

Local authorities are further investigating the cause of the crash.
