Starring Benny Khorsandi, Esq

My name is Benny Khorsandi. I’m 29 years old. I graduated from the Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. I was actually first inspired to be a personal injury lawyer through my brother – Arash. Since I was young, he’s always been really passionate about this, and I got to experience his passion through observing him; and when I was very young, he was the first person who ever told me what the concept of a trial lawyer was.

Why is it unlikely for young people to hire an injury attorney?

A lot of younger people are reluctant to hire an attorney when they are involved in any type of injury-invoking event. One of the biggest reasons is because they don’t understand that they are not actually paying out of pocket when they hire a personal injury lawyer from the law offices of Arash Khorsandi. We work on a contingency fee basis only.

So if we win, we collect. If we don’t win, there are no fees. There are no out-of-pocket costs whatsoever. There’s no retainer fee that you have to pay upon signing an agreement with us. If we collect for you, we collect for us. If not, there’s no cost to the client, and that’s something that I think a lot of younger folks don’t really know about.
