My name is Benny Khorsandi. I’m 29 years old. I graduated from the Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. I was actually first inspired to be a personal injury lawyer through my brother – Arash. Since I was young, he’s always been really passionate about this, and I got to experience his passion through observing him; and when I was very young, he was the first person who ever told me what the concept of a trial lawyer was.

Why is it unlikely for young people to hire an injury attorney?

A lot of younger people are reluctant to hire an attorney when they are involved in any type of injury-invoking event. One of the biggest reasons is because they don’t understand that they are not actually paying out of pocket when they hire a personal injury lawyer from the law offices of Arash Khorsandi. We work on a contingency fee basis only.

So if we win, we collect. If we don’t win, there are no fees. There are no out-of-pocket costs whatsoever. There’s no retainer fee that you have to pay upon signing an agreement with us.
