Xochitl Quezada is a skilled California attorney who brings a wealth of experience and ability to the Arash Law team. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Quezada attended the University of California Irvine, earning her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and criminology. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Xochitl worked as a case manager for the California State Patrol, operating their Drug Court After Care Program.
It was in this experience that Xochitl developed an interest in the law and how it could be used to help improve the lives of others, prompting her to attend New York Law School and obtain her Juris Doctor degree
Xochitl joined the California Bar in 2004 and started her legal career working for two small law firms. In 2007, Ms. Quezada opened her own practice and gained extensive trial experience in a number of areas of law, including civil litigations, trusts, and family law. This experience provided Xochitl with the experience and insight it takes to become a successful trial attorney.
As a person with a deep commitment to family, in 2016, Ms. Quezada closed her practice to devote more time to raising her children and the practice of law. Also in 2016, she worked for a labor and employment law firm supervising attorneys handling dockets and negotiating settlements for clients. In 2018, she opened a California Office for a Florida firm handling homeowner’s insurance claims.
As a member of Arash Law, Ms. Quezada is bringing her considerable experience to an already formidable group of attorneys who are intent on helping injured victims get the compensation they deserve under California law.
