[10-30-2021] Contra Costa County, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash in Concord Injures 7 People

Seven people were hurt after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Concord on early Sunday morning, October 30.

The accident took place in the area of Willow Pas Road and Port Chicago Highway at around 12:15 a.m.

A westbound vehicle was initially traveling on Willow Pass Road when it collided with another car driving on Port Chicago Highway.

The circumstances leading up to the collision have not been established. Three people sustained serious injuries from the mishap. All three of them were airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, four other people were taken to the hospital via ground ambulance. The identities of the injured parties have not been disclosed.
