[03-08-2022] El Dorado County, CA - One Woman Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Crash in Cameron ParkAccording to the California Highway Patrol’s Placerville division, an unidentified woman was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident Tuesday last month, March 8, 2022.

The fatal crash occurred around 6:50 p.m. on Cameron Park Drive and Green Valley Road.

The woman was reportedly walking on a roadway after leaving a convenience store in Cameron Park and was killed after being hit by a Dodge pickup truck driver.

According to the CHP, the driver remained on the scene with multiple witnesses and cooperated with authorities.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
