Three people were hurt after a major two-vehicle traffic collision near Fowler on Tuesday morning, October 12.

[10-12-2021] Fresno County, CA - Two-Vehicle Collision at Chestnut and South Avenue Injures Three PeopleThe collision transpired at approximately 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Chestnut and South Avenues near Fowler. A westbound gray vehicle traveled on South Avenue when the driver failed to stop at the intersection and crashed into a white car.

Due to the severity of the impact, the gray car overturned and flipped onto its side. One person inside the gray vehicle sustained significant injuries. Meanwhile, two people inside the white car sustained moderate injuries and were taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Drugs and alcohol were not seen as factors in the collision. Information about the accident is limited at the moment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed. The case is currently under further investigation.
