[08-04-2021] Fresno County, CA – Two People Killed, Another Injured After a Multi-Vehicle Crash near Ramona Avenue

Two people were killed while an unidentified woman was hurt after a traffic crash involving multiple vehicles near Ramona Avenue on Wednesday evening, August 4.

The accident took place on Clovis Avenue near Ramona Avenue, just north of the Clovis and Shields avenues intersection, at around 4:40 p.m. The Clovis man was reportedly traveling southbound in his Chevy Trailblazer when he crossed the center median for unclear reasons and then struck three parked vehicles. Including a Toyota Camry.

Due to the severity of the impact, the Chevy driver was ejected from his vehicle. He was later identified as 53-year-old Todd L. The Chevy driver was fatally injured in the mishap and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

A passenger in the Toyota Camry was immediately rushed to an area hospital. He was identified as 32-year-old Magal B. Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. A woman sustained major injuries and was also rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, where she is expected to recover.
