[06-23-2020] Kern County, CA – 3 People Injured After a Multi-Vehicle Collision in Bakersfield

Three people sustained varying degrees of injury after a multi-vehicle traffic collision in Bakersfield on Tuesday morning, June 23rd.

State Route 178 (Highway 178)According to the initial reports from the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at around 11:50 a.m.

A Caltrans truck hauling attenuators collided head-on with several vehicles on the eastbound State Route 178 (Highway 178). Three people were hurt due to the mishap. All of them were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital to receive treatment. Two of them sustained minor injuries while one was seriously injured.
