An unidentified motorcyclist was injured after a motorcycle accident in Bakersfield on Saturday evening, January 30.
The accident transpired at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Highway 223 near General Beale Road in Bakersfield.
A semi-truck collided with the motorcyclist for unclear reasons. How the collision occurred and why it happened has not been established.
The motorcycle rider was seriously injured as a result of the accident. He was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
