[07-22-2020] Kern County, CA – Three People Injured After a Car Racing Accident in Bakersfield

Three people were hurt after a car crashed into a Bakersfield building on Wednesday night, July 22.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident transpired at around 7:00 p.m. in Niles Street’s 3300 block. Two vehicles were reportedly seen racing against each other, ending up crashing into a building near the corner at Niles Street and Isabell Road.

A father and a son working inside the building were injured due to the accident. The father suffered from significant injuries while the son sustained minor injuries. Two occupants from the vehicle also sustained injuries. All of the injured victims were transported to a nearby hospital to receive treatment.
