[01-13-2021] Lassen County, CA – 1 Killed, 3 Injured After a Multi-Vehicle Crash in Westwood

One person was killed while three others were hurt after a multi-vehicle traffic collision in Westwood on Wednesday afternoon, January 13.

The accident occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Beverly Glen Boulevard in Westwood.

Three unspecified vehicles collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. How the collision occurred and why it happened has not been established.

Two people from different vehicles were trapped in the wreckage. They were extricated by emergency personnel. One person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two people were critically injured and were rushed to an area hospital. One person sustained minor injuries from the accident. The identity of the victims has not been disclosed.
