One unidentified person was killed after a two-vehicle traffic collision between a big rig and a car carrier in Castaic on early Wednesday morning, September 16.

The fatal collision took place on the Golden State (5) Freeway near the Parker Road just a little after midnight. A big rig and a car carrier collided in the northbound lanes of Golden State (5) Freeway for unclear reasons.
