One pedestrian was critically injured after getting struck by a vehicle in Lancaster on Wednesday evening, September 3.

According to the local authorities’ initial reports, the accident took place on 20th Street East and East Avenue J-2 during the evening. The pedestrian was pushing a stroller across the 20th Street East when he was suddenly struck by a vehicle heading south.
