Two people were killed after a two-vehicle traffic collision in Wilmington on Thursday morning, June 25th.

According to the initial reports from the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at around 10:30 a.m. The vehicle the victims were riding was rear-ended by a semi-truck in the 2000 block of Pacific Coast Highway. The reason and how the accident occurred is currently unclear.

Both people inside the vehicle were killed as a result of the accident.

The identities of the two victims have not been disclosed.
