[11-03-2020] Los Angeles, CA – Two People Killed in a Deadly Tractor-Trailer Crash in Pomona

Two people were killed after their SUV crashed into a parked tractor-trailer in Pomona on early Tuesday morning, November 3. The two occupants were identified as 19-year-old Vivian Nguyen and 26-year-old Alberto Soriano.

The accident transpired at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Orange (57) Freeway near the Temple Avenue exit.

A red Chevrolet Suburban SUV veered off the southbound 57 (Orange) Freeway near the Temple Avenue exit. It then rear-ended a parked semi-truck that was parked on the right shoulder of the freeway.

The SUV was stuck underneath the tractor-trailer. Two occupants of the SUV sustained life-threatening injuries from the accident. Both of them were later pronounced dead.
