[12-27-2020] Los Angeles, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash in Bellflower Kills One Person

A 49-year-old woman identified as Arnie Espiritu was killed after a deadly two-vehicle crash in Bellflower on Sunday evening, December 27.

According to the local authorities’ initial reports, the accident took place on Artesia (91) Freeway in Bellflower at approximately 6:50 p.m.

The victim was driving a Toyota Sienna eastbound on the freeway. She then stopped her vehicle in the traffic lanes for unclear reasons.

A Toyota Solara operated by a 34-year-old man then later rear-ended the parked Toyota Sienna. The victim was sadly pronounced dead at the scene, while the Solara driver sustained minor injuries from the accident.

Drugs and alcohol were not considered as factors in the accident.

Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash Investigation is Underway
