According to local authorities, one unidentified 53-year-old man was ejected and struck by a white sedan after his motorcycle crashed into the back of a 2015 Corolla on Pacoima street on October 16, Saturday.

The police say a gray 2015 Toyota Corolla struck a motorcyclist driving a 2012 Kawasaki northbound when the motorcycle merged into a two-way left-turn lane. A white sedan traveling southbound struck him and killed him instantly.

One officer stated that the driver of the white sedan fled the scene following the tragic incident while the driver of Corolla stayed and cooperated with the police. Paramedics immediately rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where he was eventually pronounced dead.

The identity of the motorcyclist was withheld until his next of kin was notified. The local police are still looking into the hit-and-run accident for further details.
