[06-02-2020] Madera, CA – One Person Killed After a Fatal 2-Vehicle Collision on Avenue 18 ½

One unidentified person was killed in a two-vehicle traffic collision in Chowchilla, Madera County, on Tuesday morning, June 2nd.

Avenue18According to the initial reports from local authorities, the crash occurred at around 5:20 a.m. in Avenue 18 ½ and Road 13.

A sedan reportedly collided head-on with a tractor on the roadway. The reason and how the crash occurred has not been established at the moment.

Due to the severity of the impact, one of the victims had to be extricated from one of the vehicles after the mishap.
