Motorcyclist Dies After Being Struck by Semi-Truck in Tehachapi

The accident occurred at East Tehachapi Boulevard and Noria Drive

An unidentified motorcyclist died after being struck by a tractor-trailer trying to take a U-turn last March 4 in Tehachapi.

According to the initial reports, the motorcyclist was heading eastbound on East Tehachapi Boulevard when he was suddenly hit by a semi-truck that was trying to take a U-turn on East Tehachapi Boulevard.

The victim was immediately brought to the Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster.

Unfortunately, the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Tehachapi Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
