[08-29-2021] Orange County, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Dana Point Results in One Death

One unidentified person was killed in a deadly pedestrian accident in Dana Point on Sunday night, August 29.

The crash transpired at approximately 8:05 p.m. on Interstate 5 near Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point.

The male pedestrian reportedly attempted to run across the southbound freeway from the right shoulder when a Ford Explorer struck him.

Due to the severity of the impact, the male pedestrian was fatally injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
