[04-13-2021] Placer County, CA – Motorcycle Crash in Olympic Valley Results in One Death

One unidentified person was killed after a motorcycle accident in Olympic Valley on Tuesday afternoon, April 13.

The deadly motorcycle collision transpired at approximately 2:25 p.m. on Lanny Lane, just east of Russell Road in Olympic Valley.

A black SUV and a motorcycle were reportedly involved in the collision. The circumstances leading up to the accident have not been established.

Emergency personnel later arrived at the scene and found the motorist lying down on the roadway. Firefighters attempted to perform CPR on him, but unfortunately, the victim later succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead.

The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed. The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident. They will attempt to establish the cause and figure out the liability in the crash.
