[10-30-2020] Placer County, CA – One Person Killed in a Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash in Loomis

An unidentified person was killed due to a fatal two-vehicle traffic collision near Loomis on Friday night, October 30.

The fatal collision took place on Auburn Folsom Road near King Road in Loomis at approximately 11:30 p.m. A red Subaru hatchback and a red Buick sedan were involved in the collision. The two vehicles collided on the roadway for unestablished reasons.

How the collision occurred, and the reason why it happened is currently unclear. One person was trapped in the wreckage as a result of the crash. Emergency personnel extricated the person and rushed them to Sutter Roseville Medical Center.
