Three people were hurt after a multi-vehicle traffic collision in Greenhorn on Monday morning, April 12.

[04-12-2021] Plumas County, CA - 3 People Injured After a Multi-Vehicle Collision in Greenhorn The collision transpired at approximately 10:10 a.m. on Highway 70 near Lee Summit in Greenhorn.

Four vehicles were involved in the collision. A Jeep Grand Cherokee, a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, a Ram 1500 pickup truck, and a Ram 2500 pickup truck collided on the roadway for unclear reasons.

The circumstances leading up to the accident have not been established. One of the involved vehicles reportedly crashed into the back of another car after the collision.

Three people were injured as a result of the collision. They were taken to the hospital in separate ambulances to receive treatment.

The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the case. They will attempt to determine the factors and the liability in the accident.
