[07-21-2020] Riverside County, CA – 3 People Injured After a Major Traffic Collision in Winchester

Three people sustained varying degrees of injury after a two-vehicle traffic collision in Winchester on Tuesday morning, July 21.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident occurred at around 7:52 a.m. Two vehicles collided at Winchester and Scott Roads. How the accident occurred, and the reason why it happened is currently unclear.

Due to the severity of the impact, one of the victims was trapped in the wreckage. First responders had to extricate the victim from the scene. A total of three people sustained severe injuries due to the crash. All three of them were taken to a nearby hospital to receive treatment.
