A 43-year-old man identified as Sea-Jay C. was killed after a multi-vehicle traffic collision in Murrieta on Monday morning, March 15.

[03-15-2021] Riverside County, CA - Multi-Vehicle Collision In Murrieta Results In One DeathThe accident occurred at around 12:42 a.m. on Interstate 215 in Murrieta. A 2012 Volkswagen Jetta is driven by Cameron traveled in the slow lane when his car veered into the No. 2 lanes for unclear reasons.

The Volkswagen Jetta then collided head-on with a 2013 Ford F-150 truck. Due to the severity of the impact, the Jetta was pushed back into the slow lane and hit a light pole. ‘

The Pole then toppled onto the freeway, and a passing Hyundai Kona later ran into it.

The Jetta driver sustained life-threatening injuries due to the collision and was rushed to Wildomar’s Inland Valley Medical Center.

Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
