[12-04-2020] Riverside County, CA – Pedestrian Accident in Jurupa Valley Seriously Injures One

An unidentified male pedestrian sustained severe injuries after a pedestrian accident at an intersection in Jurupa Valley on Friday night, December 4.

The accident took place at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Glen Street in Jurupa Valley at approximately 7:35 p.m. A silver 2006 Toyota Tundra struck the pedestrian at the intersection in unknown circumstances.

Emergency personnel arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian unconscious on the roadway. He was rushed to an area hospital with serious injuries.

The Toyota driver remained at the scene and cooperated with local authorities. Witnesses that can provide additional information about the accident are urged to contact the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department at 951-776-1099.

Pedestrian Accident Investigation is Underway

Local authorities are currently investigating the cause of the case. They will attempt to determine the factors that may have caused the accident to occur.
