[04-28-2021] Sacramento County, CA – One Person Injured After a Pedestrian Accident in Power Inn Road

An unidentified pedestrian was seriously hurt after getting struck by a passing vehicle in Power Inn Road on early Wednesday morning, April 28.

The accident happened at approximately 2:50 a.m. in the area of Power Inn Road and Cucamonga Avenue.

The pedestrian was reportedly struck by an unspecified vehicle at the intersection under unclear circumstances.

How the accident occurred, and the reason why it happened has not been established.

The driver that struck the pedestrian remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with local authorities.

The pedestrian was taken to an area hospital and is currently in critical condition.
