[11-29-2020] Sacramento County, CA – Pedestrian Killed in a Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash in Antelope

An unidentified 35-year-old man was killed due to a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident in Antelope on Sunday night, November 29.

The collision took place at Don Julio Boulevard and Monogram Drive in Antelope at approximately 8:30 p.m.

The pedestrian was reportedly attempting to cross the street in an unmarked crosswalk at the intersection when he was suddenly struck by a silver-colored vehicle.

The driver that struck the man did not stop to render aid and fled the scene. The pedestrian was later pronounced dead.

The hit-and-run driver was last seen driving northbound along Don Julio. It is unclear whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the accident.
