[04-15-2021] San Bernardino County, CA – Two-Vehicle Collision in Rancho Cucamonga Kills One

A 48-year-old woman identified as Barbara Alice G. was killed after a two-vehicle collision in Rancho Cucamonga on Thursday evening, April 15.

The deadly collision transpired at approximately 6:55 p.m. in the area of Haven Avenue and Trademark Street in Rancho Cucamonga.

Two unspecified vehicles collided on the roadway in unclear circumstances. How the collision occurred, and the reason why it happened has not been established.

One person was killed as a result of the collision. It is unclear whether other people were injured as well.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team is currently investigating the case. They will attempt to determine the factors and the liability in the fatal collision.
