[08-27-2020] San Diego, CA – One Person Injured After a Two-Vehicle Accident in El Cajon

A two-vehicle traffic collision in El Cajon injures at least one person. The accident occurred on Thursday morning, August 27.

According to the local authorities’ initial reports, the accident happened at around 8:35 a.m. on La Cresta Boulevard near Mountain View Road. A white van and a red sedan collided head-on on the roadway. How the collision occurred and why it happened is currently unknown. One person sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision. The patient was rushed to a nearby hospital to receive treatment.

It is unclear whether other people were injured from the crash. Both of the vehicles were removed from the scene by tow trucks. Information about the accident is limited at the moment.
