[10-27-2021] San Diego County, CA – One Person Injured After a Pedestrian Accident in Little Italy

An unidentified 38-year-old man was injured after getting struck by a passing vehicle in Little Italy on Wednesday afternoon, October 27.

The accident took place in the 2200 block of State Street in Little Italy at approximately 4:00 p.m.

A 1998 Plymouth Voyager driven by a 50-year-old man struck a 38-year-old man who exited his parked vehicle on the east curb line.

The victim sustained significant injuries in the crash. He suffered a fractured skull and was immediately taken to an area hospital for treatment.
