Wrongful Death Attorney for Victims of Fatal Electric Scooter Accidents in San Diego County

It is important to receive legal advice after an accident, including an e-scooter accident. Consulting an attorney will allow you to learn more about your case while having your legal rights protected at well. It can be difficult to know what to do if you’re involved in a car accident.

The use of electric scooters can make it even harder to understand the accident case. It’s best to have an attorney by your side when filing a wrongful death claim. A wrongful death claim will allow the victim’s family to seek compensation for the damages (such as loss of income and companionship, pain and suffering, funeral expenses, and emotional distress) that have resulted from the accident that caused their death.
