Several injuries were reported after a multi-vehicle traffic collision in Vista on Saturday night, March 20.

Multiple vehicles collided in the roadway. The exact number of vehicles involved and the reason why the collision happened is currently unclear.

One of the vehicles turned over as a result of the crash.

Six people were injured from the accident. Four of the injured people were taken to an area hospital for treatment, while one had to be airlifted to the hospital.

One of the involved drivers was arrested under suspicion of DUI.

Local authorities are further investigating the case.
