[04-20-2021] San Francisco County, CA – Head-On Collision on Maple Avenue Kills One Person

A 25-year-old man identified as Obed O. was killed after a deadly head-on traffic collision on Maple Avenue on Tuesday night, April 20.

The fatal collision took place in the 200 block of South Maple Avenue at approximately 12:20 p.m.

Three unspecified vehicles reportedly collided on the roadway in unclear circumstances. Two of the involved vehicles collided head-on with each other.

One person was killed as a result of the collision. Two other people sustained major injuries and were transported to an area hospital for treatment. It is unclear whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
