A 23-year-old man identified as Andreas K. was hurt after getting struck by a hit-and run driver near Foothill Boulevard and Broad Street on early Friday morning, August 6.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident took place near Foothill Boulevard and Broad Street at approximately 12:38 a.m. The victim was riding his bicycle near the intersection when he was suddenly struck by a car heading westbound on Foothill Boulevard.
