[09-05-2021] San Luis Obispo County, CA – Injuries Reported After a Head-On Crash in Atascadero

Multiple injuries were reported after a major head-on collision in Atascadero on Sunday morning, September 5.

The major crash occurred in the 13500 block of Highway 41 in Atascadero at approximately 10:18 a.m. A silver Subaru was traveling in the wrong lane and was reportedly driving recklessly before colliding head-on with two other vehicles.

Several people were injured as a result of the mishap. The number of people injured and their conditions have not been disclosed. It’s unclear whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident, but reckless driving was considered a factor.
