[11-13-2020] San Mateo County, CA – One Person Seriously Hurt After a Pedestrian Accident in Millbrae

An unidentified 30-year-old male pedestrian sustained serious injuries after getting struck by a vehicle in Millbrae on early Friday morning, November 13.

The accident transpired at approximately 12:55 a.m. in the southbound lane of El Camino Real, just south of Center Street in Millbrae.

The pedestrian was in the traffic lanes when he was suddenly struck by a passing vehicle for unexplained reasons.

Emergency personnel immediately responded to the scene. The man was in critical condition and was rushed to a local hospital where he was treated for injuries.

The driver that struck the man remained at the scene and cooperated with local authorities.
